Burntisland is a small seaside town close to both Kirkcaldy and Dunfermline with regular trains every 20 minutes to Edinburgh.
Burntisland has an excellent sandy beach and it boasts some great facilities to make family life more enjoyable. A local leisure centre offers plenty to keep you amused, plus there is a local "links" golf course and park - if you want to make the most of the sea air!

Burntisland is a coastal resort on the firth of forth population of about 6000, well known to generations of day trippers who return time and time again to enjoy the beach, the links and the annual summer fairground.
Highlight of the summer is the highland games in July which attract around 30,000 visitors to the town. it also has a highly rated 18 hole golf course, a popular bowling green and a leisure centre with 25m swimming pool, sauna, steam room, fitness suite and cafe. The town has a primary school, there are also nursery and after school clubs available.
Burntisland also has many historic attractions, among the notable buildings are the parish church which was built between 1592 and 1595 and Rossend castle, parts of which date back to the thirteenth century.
There is also the Binn Hill which stands 191 metres above the town, well worth it when you get to the top, fantastic views over the town and the firth of forth.
Burntisland also has a health centre and a dental surgery. Local shops at hand for essentials with larger supermarkets in Dalgety Bay or Kirkcaldy.
Burntisland is a great place for everyone with train links to Edinburgh and Kirkcaldy and close proximity to M90 and A92.

From the South
After the Forth Road Bridge, leave M90 at Junction 1
At the roundabout take the 3rd exit on to Admiralty Road (A921)
Keep on the A921 following signs for Burntisland continue straight through Aberdour village
On reaching Burntisland at the roundabout take the 2nd exit and the development Marketing Suite is almost immediately on the left hand side, down a small road just of Collinswell Drive, the development is very visible by the main signage and flags flying.
From the North
Leave M90 at Junction 1
Then at the roundabout take 1st exit on to Admiralty Road (A921).
Then follow 'From the South' directions.
