Peter Mansfield graduated from Oxford Air Training School and subsequently went on to fly commercial airliners for Air UK flying Fokker F27, Dan Air flying BAC1-11 and in 1988 British Airways flying Boeing 737, Boeing 747-100, 200 series Boeing 777-200 and finally the Boeing 747- 400.
Having obtained his command in British Airways in 1993 as one of the youngest at the time, he went on to become a Senior Management Pilot reporting directly to the board within British Airways holding the position of Senior Manager Communications and Business. Whilst flying professionally, Peter has always been involved in the business sector of life having successfully run many companies worldwide.
Residential and commercial property entrepreneur and retired commercial airline pilot. Background history includes, being a senior captain, flying Boeing 747’s round the globe and included being seconded into senior management.
During this time, Peter created a significant property portfolio in the UK and overseas being residential and commercial. Peter created and is the Founder, President and CEO of The World Property Network – TWPN.

Bharath is based in silicon valley San Francisco, USA, and is a serial entrepreneur and business executive, currently, he founded a company with 750 staff members, in intelligent enterprise automation space. Prior to this, he founded a company in Big Data, ML and Data Science space.
He was part of reputed silicon valley companies like, Netflix, Yahoo and Sun Microsystems.
He is also, an active advisor for CXOs from Fortune 500 companies and all major US banks.
Bharath has a good blend of operations, business and technology experience. He has built multiple startups from scratch. He has extensive advisory experience (business, strategy and technical) for the Fortune 100 companies in the big data and data science. Bharath has a deep passion to Coach, guide and mentor entrepreneurs.

Athena is a founding member of Zoopla PLC the UK’s leading property portal, having spent 12 years, as the commercial director, building a multimillion business.
Athena also promoted Zoopla to a public company PLC and floated the company on the London Stock Exchange, she was also instrumental in the sale of the Zoopla Property Group to the Silverlake Partners in 2018 for 3 Billion USD / 2.2 Billion GBP

Peter Leon: A Global Real Estate Leader
Raised in New York City and Southern California, Peter Leon settled in Broward County, Florida, in 1969. He began his real estate career in 1979 and has since excelled in various sectors, including Sports & Entertainment, Mergers & Acquisitions, Commercial Real Estate, and Global Development.
As a Florida Real Estate Broker and Mortgage Broker/Banker, Peter has led transactions exceeding $1billion USD.
He is dedicated to building a global network that connects agents with trusted opportunities.
His leadership includes recruiting numerous real estate professionals and serving as a Florida Realtors State Director for District #4.
Peter has held key international roles, including Vice President of FIABCI Miami & Caribbean Council (2021) and President of AREAA Greater Miami Chapter (2023).
He was appointed UAE Ambassador to Broward County and represents Invest in Dubai and The International Property Show. In 2019, he served as an ambassador for the Florida Realtors Dubai Trade Mission.
He holds multiple designations, including CIPS, GREEN, GRI, and e-Pro, and is recognized for his contributions to the industry.

Ritu Rani Pahwa is well versed in the real estate field as an advisor, developer and investor. She specializes in working with developers and investors on hospitality, multifamily, existing mixed-use and ground-up projects.
She works closely with lenders and private equity groups that underwrite, and fund projects and has access to private placement investment opportunities. In addition, she works with her investors to enhance their returns through her technology partners that streamline efficiencies in the hospitality and multifamily space.
On the residential side, she is experienced with both the new and resale markets.
She has previously held positions on the corporate side of hospitality and entertainment for the Walt Disney Company in Los Angeles, Kerzner International Resorts in Florida and Time Inc. in New York City.
Ritu has lived in South Florida for the last 18 years and resides in Boca Raton. She earned her MBA from the University of Texas at Austin, and bachelor’s degree from Tufts University in Boston, MA.
Ritu is the President-Elect for The International Real Estate Federation – USA (FIABCI). She has been a member of FIABCI since 2017 when she joined the Board of Directors for the Miami Council. She served as the treasurer until 2020 and was president elect in 2021. She has served on the FIABCI-USA Board since 2022 and is the VP of the Commercial Committee.
She is the VP of FIABCI Americas before serving her term as President of FIABCI Americas. She has also served as the National Commercial Chair for the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) in 2021 and was the National Presidential Appointee in 2023.
She served on the AREAA Miami Board of Directors and was the Commercial Chair for the Miami Chapter for 3 years.

Ana Gazzara is a globally respected business leader and a powerhouse in the real estate industry. A graduate of Harvard Business School’s esteemed Global Business program and a distinguished member of the Honor Society, she brings an unparalleled depth of expertise and strategic insight to her roles.
In 2021, Ana was invited by the UAE’s Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence to deliver a keynote address as one of 12 influential women celebrated on Emirati Women’s Day, during the nation’s 50th-anniversary celebrations under the patronage of His Excellency Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan. This honour highlighted her global influence and commitment to fostering cross-cultural connections.
Since 2019, Ana has been instrumental in creating a bridge between USA real estate agents and the UAE market. Partnering with the Dubai Land Department (DLD), she successfully led a delegation of over 400 real estate agents from Florida to Dubai in 2019, fostering connections and expanding awareness of Dubai’s real estate opportunities. In 2022, as the official representative of Invest in Dubai Real Estate and the International Property Show (IPS), Ana further strengthened these ties by bringing over 680 agents from around the world to Dubai. This high-impact trade mission included leadership from the National Association of Realtors® (NAR), COFECI, FIABCI, and other global organizations, empowering participants to gain an in-depth understanding of Dubai’s dynamic real estate market.
In the USA Ana has served as the First Vice President of the Orlando Regional Realtors® Association and as Past President of FIABCI Orlando. She also led as Chairman of the Global Real Estate Council at the Orlando Regional Real Estate Association, where her visionary approach to global real estate expanded opportunities for members and fostered invaluable international connections. Currently, Ana serves as Chairman of the Global Advisory Board for ARAB MLS, shaping real estate strategies across the Arab world. She also acts as an advisor to the Departmental Executive of the Government of San Pedro, Paraguay, where she contributes her expertise to support strategic development initiatives.
As a former ambassador to Brazil, Colombia, and Chile for the National Association of Realtors®, Ana played a key role in bridging USA and Latin American real estate markets.
