This is the new feature for TWPN Go Buy CONNECT APP agents and brokers property viewing ALERTING system. This feature is designed for the agents or brokers viewing a property alone with an unknown buyer or client. As the agents / brokers phone is geo-coded within the TWPN Go Buy APP Connect version, if the agent / broker feels threatened or uncomfortable, they can send a discrete 🟠 AMBER warning to pre-selected business colleagues and family members, to alert them to their current active location. Or they can send a 🔴 RED alert directly to the police to request immediate assistance and help.
This feature is ideal for female agents and brokers conducting property viewings alone and / or at night.
🟠 Action 1 Urgency Press and Hold: A discrete urgency warning is sent to pre-selected business colleagues and family members, up to six mobile numbers can be pre-selected and stored, and all mobile numbers are automatically alerted at once and together. It is important that the numbers alerted DO-NOT call the agent / broker but drive immediately to their location.
🔴 Action 2 Danger Press and Hold: A discrete danger warning is sent directly to the police requesting immediate help and assistance at their current location.
During a property viewing, if nervous or in danger, the agent / broker can hold the 🟠 Amber or 🔴 Red button down for a full 10 seconds to activate, and to prevent inadvertent activation.
The Amber or Red button goes "Hollow" to show the message has been sent so the agent / broker knows.The Agent / Broker sets up a pre-recorded message to business colleagues / family members or the Police that also shows their mobile / cell number.
The TWPN Go Buy CONNECT APP ensures the mobile / cell number is automatically logged with the police, so they can then reverse-engineer the location of the device.

“My name is Agent/Broker, my CELL / MOBILE number is +0 000 000 0000 I am a real estate agent, I am currently showing a client a property, and I feel threatened and uncomfortable, please do not call me as this is a discrete URGENT alert, but please come to the geo-location of my phone now immediately.”
🔴 RED DANGER MESSAGE: (Direct to Police)
“My name is Agent/Broker, my CELL / MOBILE number is +0 000 000 0000 I am a real estate agent, I am currently showing a client a property, and I am in imminent danger, please do not call me as this is a discrete DANGER alert, but please come to the geo-location of my phone now immediately.”
The TWPN ALERT system automatically uses the same name as registered with TWPN GoBuy CONNECT APP, and the agent / broker uses a pre-recorded message for friends and colleagues with their own voice.
To cancel, hold the 🟠 Amber or 🔴 Red button for 15 seconds and they will revert back to full button color.
Once cancelled, the 🟠 Amber or 🔴 Red button becomes fully colored again.
The TWPN Go Buy CONNECT APP uses the GPS longitude and latitude of the current position of the mobile / cell for tracking and finding the agent / broker.
The TWPN CONNECT APP uses Google Maps for directions from business colleagues or friends, and the police to attend the property viewing premises.
This feature allows the listing agent or broker to turn ON or OFF the TWPN GoBuy CONNECT APP from sending live messages to their smartphone. This is useful during property viewings, in meetings and on holiday. This feature is only available on the TWPN GoBuy CONNECT property professionals paid version of the TWPN APP However, the agent / broker will still see on the TWPN GoBuy CONNECT APP alerts and how many contact points they have received / missed from potential property seeking clients. The Alerts are WhatsApp Calls, WhatsApp Messages, Text Messages, Mobile / Cell Calls, Arrange a Viewing and Emails
